Enjoy a tour of atmospheric Jacobean Manor House Rodd Court with knowledgeable guide Alisdair learning about its history and residents. Finished around 1630 by William Rodd, the Court was the centre of Rodd farm and estate in the beautiful landscape of the Hindwell River valley and remains very little altered.

This Grade II* listed building has a varied history encompassing the breeding of leading Hereford cattle bloodlines to becoming a home for three successive artists in the 20th century. Most recently leading Australian modernist Sir Sidney Nolan who founded a charitable trust here, in his name, as a rural centre for the arts.
